As cheesy as it may sound, creativity flows through my veins. From a young age, I've always known my goal in life would be something art related. Painting, drawing, ceramics and sculpture, art history, illustration, I took all the art classes. In high school, though, I thought maybe I had found my true calling; photography. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing more satisfying than capturing a one in a million shot right on your camera. Or cementing memories for families for years to come. But I've come to realize, as an artist, you don't have to settle for just one subject, or medium, or even genre of art.
Creativity has no limits.
Art has no limits.
I have been living an absolute dream of a life with my best friend in the whole wide world, my husband, since we were wee little 14 year olds. After he joined the Air Force straight out of high school, we have been blessed to be able to travel to and live in so many wonderful places all around the world. This has allowed us to gain a new perspective on life and show our daughter how privileged we are for having those opportunities. We have recently become first time home owners and I have never been happier about all the ways I can show off what I can do. Our older home is in fantastic shape, but in desperate need of some TLC, decoration wise. As I have already begun painting and renovating and updating and changing, I thought what a great idea it would be to share with others some things I can do myself, and maybe encourage others to take a chance and do the same.
Navigating this electronic and social media based world can be difficult, but I'm taking the plunge and diving in head first. I hope to master every skill needed in order to successfully build a brand centered solely around creativity. Whether it be showcasing my murals, fine art photography prints and stock images, heartfelt paintings of your dog or cat, or videos of everything I can do, I promise you,
it will be beautiful.
